一 | 乡村振兴靠产业，产业发展靠特色。　　近年来，清原坚持生态优先、绿色发展，依托环境、气候优势，探出特色发展之路，助力群众增收致富。 New Delhi, Oct 14 (UNI) India's indigenously built nuclear submarine INS Arihant on Friday carried out a successful launch of a Submarine Launched Ballistic Missile (SLBM) that hit the target with high accuracy.

"The missile was tested to a predetermined range and impacted the target area in the Bay of Bengal with very high accuracy. All operational and technological parameters of the weapon system have been validated," the Defence Ministry said.

"The successful user training launch of the SLBM by INS Arihant is significant to prove crew competency and validate the SSBN programme, a key element of India’s nuclear deterrence capability. A robust, survivable and assured retaliatory capability is in keeping with India’s policy to have ‘Credible Minimum Deterrence‘ that underpins its ‘No First Use’ commitment," the Ministry added.

INS Arihant is India's first indigenous nuclear submarine and the flagship of the Arihant-class of nuclear powered ballistic missile submarines that is based on the Russian Akula-1 class submarine.

The 6,000 tonne submarine was built under the Advanced Technology Vessel project at the Ship Building Centre in Visakhapatnam.

二 | 　　近年来，清原县敖家堡乡众盈食用菌种植专业合作社在乡党委、政府的扶持下，呈现出蓬勃发展的态势，为助农增收注入了新活力，开启了产业发展的精彩篇章。　　这两天，众盈食用菌种植专业合作迎来了香菇的采收时节，种植基地的大棚里，香菇长势喜人，圆润饱满，菇农们忙着采摘，处处洋溢着丰收的喜悦。　　合作社的成立源于乡党委、政府对乡村产业振兴的积极谋划。2019年，有经验、有想法的敖家堡村村民李兴志带头成立食用菌种植合作社。先后投资200多万元流转了280亩土地，建起了140多栋发菌棚和出菇棚及相关配套设施。通过“合作社+农户”的模式，采取“统一引进新品种、统一管理、统一销售”的生产模式，吸纳全乡40多户村民发展香菇种植产业。随着香菇产量和产值的逐年提高，也给大家带来了丰厚的收益，不仅带动了村民发展产业增收致富，还为农村剩余劳动力提供了务工机会。从菌种培育、菌棒制作到食用菌采摘、包装，各个环节都需要大量的劳动力，拓宽了村民增收渠道。　　众盈食用菌种植专业合作社负责人李兴志说：“ 我们合作社将持续进行技术研发和创新，提高生产效率和产品质量。以市场为导向，不断创新发展，为推动当地食用菌产业的发展和农民增收致富做出更大贡献。” 责任编辑：刘春阳。
